Northline Brand Identity
A full identity for a lighting studio that needed to feel precise without going cold.
Northline makes considered lighting. Their old identity looked like a generic interiors blog. We rebuilt the name as a tight wordmark, set a paper-and-graphite palette, and wrote rules for how product photography should fall off the edge of the frame.
The system covers the site, sample boxes, a dealer binder, and a trade-fair wall. Every application uses the same crop logic so a lamp is always the subject, never a lifestyle extra.
We also cut the product catalogue from forty pages to sixteen. Dealers now send the PDF. That was the brief hiding under the brief: make the brand easier to sell.
They gave us a mark we can stamp on a crate and a site that finally matches the lamps.
